Business management studies , international corporations
After my education in business administration (Thesis: Sustainable Strategic Management) I worked in international finance management positions of affiliated companies, turnarounds and the setup of a telecommunication company with international shareholders (German companies of the DAX-Index). In medium- sized businesses, I had management responsibilities including the membership in boards of family-owned enterprises and private equity companies.
International Creative Experience
Based on my international implementation experience I started my own business in 2004. The focus is the implementation of comprehensive change projects from turnarounds to optimizing business processes, also via standard software, and growth strategies. Through an efficient and tailored swot-analysis including the available management and employee competences we will work together to implement pragmatic problem solutions.
Private
As family, we are living in the Rhineland. From there our three grown up children broke up to new shores. As parents we accompany this evolution with curiosity and certainly every now and then with enthusiasm but, also with thoughtfulness.
